Monica is IDP-C Certified Director, INSEAD and ILA Certified Director. She seats as Non-Executive Director in some private companies in Luxembourg.

Monica has over 25 years of experience in management roles focused on auditing, financial and operations areas across a variety of industries.

Monica started her career in the financial services industry, with roles at Istituto di Credito delle Casse di Risparmio Italiane and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank. After that, Monica was a Manager of the International Finance Department at Telecom Italia. Later, Monica held management roles as a Chief Operations Officer at CIR International, Société de Participation Financière Italmobiliare, Société Internationale Italcementi and Rossini S.àr.l. where she is also Chief Financial Officer.

Monica is a dual citizen of Luxembourg and Italy and has a degree cum laude in Political Science with specialization in Economics from the University of Rome La Sapienza, a post-graduate degree in International Tax Law from La Sapienza Rome and a Corporate Governance Certification from INSEAD.

She fluently speaks Italian, French, English and she has a good knowledge of Spanish.
