Agnès Laruelle is an Independant Director certified by ILA and Guberna.

She has more than 30 years of experience in the Bank and Investment Fund industry in Luxembourg.

She started as auditor at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in 1986, and joined Gartmore Luxembourg as Head of Finance and Administration in 1988. She joined CACEIS Bank (Indosuez previously) in 1990 where she was a member of the Management Team and held various senior position in the Funds' department, in Finance, Tax and Compliance.

Since 2005, she serves as CFO and General Secretary of the MDO Group of companies, where she is a member of the Executive Committee.

Agnès  holds a Master in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Namur in Belgium.

She qualified as Certified Director in Luxembourg and Belgium in 2014 and is since a member of ILA and of Guberna (Belgian Directors Institute).

She also acts as independant director on boards and audit committees of various companies.
