I am currently Secretary to the Board of Directors, the Audit & Risk Committee and the Executive Committee of Banque Degroof Petercam Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Degroof Petercam, I was Company Secretary & Head of Subsidiary Governance at RBC Dexia Investor Services Limited, and member (CSSF-approved) of the Executive Committee of RBC Dexia Investor Services Bank. Prior to the creation of the RBC Dexia Joint Venture, I held various senior executive positions within the Dexia/ BIL group. I was Managing Director and Country Manager of the group's Irish fund administration and custody/ trustee business, and served as a non-executive board member in several subsidiaries of the group. I currently serve as non-executive director in several Luxembourg based investment funds.

I speak fluent English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
