30 years’ experience in Financial Services. I am an ILA Certified Director and a member of a (currently dormant) working group at UN PRI as well as a member of the CFA Society and RICS. I have an MBA in Sustainable Finance.

Although my primary focus is as an Independent Director I also provide training and facilitation on managing culture through mergers and acquisitions.
