Conventum Asset Management (“Conventum AM”) is a UCITS and AIFMD - compliant management company in accordance with Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law on investment funds of December 17th, 2010 as amended (“2010 Law”) in application of the European UCITS directive of 13 July 2009 (DIR 2009/65/EC) and in accordance with the Luxembourg law of 12 July 2013 relating to alternative investment fund managers (“2013 Law”) in application of the European AIFMD directive of 8 June 2011 (DIR 2011/61/EU).
