Katia is INSEAD & Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (‘ILA’) Certified Director with over 13 years’ of multi-cultural experience covering Luxembourg, UK, German, Austrian, Danish, Dutch and Israeli commercial companies, regulated (UCITS, SIF) and unregulated fund vehicles (AIF, RAIF, partnerships) and other corporate entities. She has a profound knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory regime and advises on a daily basis on corporate law & governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, PE & RE deals, secured financings and regulatory compliance.

She is ILA Board Member and sits on ILA’s Company Secretaries Committee which has recently launched the Companies Secretaries Certification Course.

CSSF approved director since 2018. Fluent in five languages.
