The ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee

In a nutshell, the ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee aims to foster the development of the Luxembourg corporate governance framework, by assisting professionals involved in Board support roles in order for them to better support and manage Boards as well as some key stakeholders of a company. 

ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee also focuses on supporting the role of Company Secretaries in Luxembourg, by developing high professional standards and best practices, dedicated training programs and networking opportunities.
