This Coffee Chat will centre around the new ILA guide on crisis management. We will exchange thoughts on:
- how to prepare in advance to be well positioned when a crisis hits,
- firefighting in the heat ion a crisis,
- applying lessons learned post-crisis.
The Coffee Chat will be hosted by Monique Bachner, ILA Board Member, accompanied by several of the key contributors to the new guide - Auban Derreumaux, Linda Funck, Anne Kayser, Hanne Pinholt, Gaston Trauffler.
