ILA Coffee Chat 09: Listed companies and the Green Exchange

This chat will be hosted by Monique Bachner, Member of the ILA Board of Directors, who will be joined by Paula Redondo, Head of Regulatory Affairs at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Pierre Margue, Secretary of the Board of Directors at SES and member of the ILA Board and Management Committee.

This Coffee Chat will focus on how Boards of Listed Companies are facing these times of change.  From COVID-19 to the European Green Deal and increasing focus on transparency and non-financial disclosures, we will discuss how these changes are influencing what is considered to be “good governance”  and how Boards are managing these new challenges.
