After our Annual General Meeting we are honored to welcome Mr. Italo di Lorenzo, Head of Regulatory Operations and Group-wide Brexit Readiness Project Manager at Deutsche Börse Group, Germany and Luxembourg, who will talk about 

"Brexit - shaping financial market and governance changes in Europe"

Italo di Lorenzo joined Clearstream International in Luxembourg in July 2000 working for the Corporate and the Regulatory Affairs Department. Before that, he worked for the European Commission posted in its external Delegations.

Italo di Lorenzo joined the Deutsche Börse Group’s Regulatory Strategy department in 2004. Currently heading Group-wide Regulatory Operations Area and acting as Brexit Readiness Project Manager from Luxembourg. Italo di Lorenzo is a lawyer and holds a Master’s in Business Economics.
