ILA, in collaboration with Deloitte, is hosting an event launching the new ILA guidance developed for Fund Directors overseeing the financial statement audit cycle coupled with the outcome of a new market study covering corporate governance and financial reporting trends from the 100 largest regulated Funds in Luxembourg. 

The Board is ultimately responsible for approving the annual report: but how do Directors best interact with the auditor and discharge their responsibilities throughout the audit cycle? How can Directors add value through each touchpoint and leverage on available guidance and best practices to achieve an efficient and effective audit? ILA has developed a guide for Fund Directors and we will take this opportunity to present this guide.
