This is the second session in a series of short talks. This session will cover the two topics mentioned below with a short introduction, a few questions and a discussion.

Each topic will be limited to 45 minutes. Subsequent sessions may take a slightly different format to look at additional topics.

The event gives an opportunity to listen to, and participate in, an exchange of views on the following topics arising in the context of the Board evaluation process:

• ESG from a Board perspective

• Director independence

Additional topics (e.g., board culture, board committees, board materials, etc.) will be covered in future "short talk" sessions
