Board Effectiveness - Short talks

This is the first session in a series of short talks. This session will cover the three topics mentioned below with a short introduction, a few questions and a discussion.

Each topic will be limited to 30 minutes. Subsequent sessions may take a slightly different format to look at additional topics in more depth.

The event gives an opportunity to listen to, and participate in, an exchange of views on the following topics arising in the context of the Board evaluation process:

• The board chairman

• Board skillsets

• Board tenure

Additional topics (e.g., board culture, board committees, board materials, etc.) will be covered in future "short talk" sessions
