The Luxembourg Institute of Directors - Investment Fund Committee is pleased to welcome you for the second time at their seminar organised as a side event at the occasion of the 14th ALFI London conference. The seminar aims to share with board members of Luxembourg funds the latest developments in fund governance as well as some of the tools we have developed to support directors in fulfilling their role. The seminar, followed by a cocktail, will provide a unique opportunity to discuss matters of interest with some of the leading proponents of fund governance in the Luxembourg environment as well as to meet other fund directors operating from the UK.
